Great, this bamboo charcoal massage insole
This product is really great, I like it very much. After wearing it, I feel that it is a lot easier to walk every day. I like to wear it. My soles are always warm. He does promote blood circulation.

Inserts reduce foot pain and are comfortable.
The plastic material fits in most shoes well after cutting to adjust to appropriate size. Slight adjustment when wearing inserts due to textured material. I have worn them regularly for about 2 weeks and noticed they do reduce pain and can wear my shoes all day without too much discomfort.
