Well written, easy to follow instructions and tips/hints. Made several items out of the book with great success. Completed continuous embroidery with no problem. Glad I purchased and not only made patterns from the book but have learned things to allow me to make my own patterns/designs.

I just followed the instruction and made the cover bag of the book and am pleased with the results. I embroidered the designs on faux leather instead of canvas and it look quite 'non-home-made' and beautiful. The instructions for embroider and assemble the bag are concise and clear. I am pretty sure I will make more out from this book.

This book was aquired at a serious markdown, the patterns are ok, would be nice on jeans cuff, quilt edges or jackets. Not the most fantastic of embroidery books I have seen, but if you get it on sale it is worth it.

Eileen writes her books very well, very understandable, and easy to follow. Her designs are wonderful, and the results are beautiful. The added little accessories make it even more special.

This is a great book, especially if you are into making handbags that look professional. I realy like being able to make a matching belt to go with the handbag.
