It looks exactly as pictured. However, no install instructions or a template for drilling the holes, which is a major problem. The drill holes need to be slightly off plumb to have it appear plumb when installed. If you don't know what you're doing, then this is not the project for you. That being said, I love the way it looks. I had been looking for a door knocker which resembled my dog for a long time. DIY'ers might wind up with a lot of crazy holes drilled into your door and it still won't look the way you envisioned.
