What a pleasant surprise
Honestly I didn’t have super high hopes, as many times when I order random inexpensive things on Amazon they reflect the low price point in their quality. This lil backpack is awesome, though! The material seems akin to what I’d get with a higher end/name brand label (like Sea to Summit etc), without having to spend as much. There’s organizational pockets, not a ton but for an ultralight backpack that fits in its own stuff sack I find the design impressive. The daisy chains are a great touch, and I love the way it looks. It’s even hydration equipped (to hold a bladder, not included of course) which I didn’t realize and is amazing! Stuffs down pretty small and light, enough that I’ve deemed it worthy of including in my packing list for a 6 week Europe trip for which I’m only taking a 28L pack. If you’re an experienced traveler you understand how light this is and that items get cut from my packing list quickly if they aren’t perfect. I haven’t used it on the road yet, but I tossed some items in and put it on, and it feels super comfortable so far. No padding on the straps of course, but they are well designed to distribute weight without cutting into your shoulders. I’m female, 5,3” and the chest strap falls directly at my bra line which is unusual, but perfect since there isn’t a separate waist strap… the position of this one centralizes that stabilization without adding weight & bulk of an additional strap. Really thoughtfully designed for such an inexpensive product, I’m quite impressed. I’ll update when I’ve had the chance to take it out into the world!

Excellent packable daypack
Just bought this daypack and it looks like a winner. The people that developed this daypack put a lot of thought into because it has a ton of features for a packable daypack that is this light (6 oz.): chest strap (which is a must have for me), extra outside pockets, main pocket divided into two compartments, room for a water bladder or laptop, key clip, large side pockets for water bottles, stuff bag, high quality material & zippers, etc. I'm pretty picky on daypacks like this and have been looking around for a while as I have an upcoming trip to Patagonia. I came close to pulling the trigger on a couple of them (i.e. Matador, Tortuga, etc.), but did not for one reason or another. When I thought i had looked at all the brands this one popped up out of nowhere. I was really surprised because I was sure I had scoured the entire market. Perhaps the company needs to step up marketing efforts as I'm sure they compete very well against the brands listed above that are really the best packable daypacks available. Lastly, it was marked down almost half price for Black Friday!

Lightweight and easy to wear, holds what it needs to.
I really like this lightweight pack - more than I thought I would. I’ve taken it winter hiking several times and it’s done a great job holding all my necessities. (2nd pair of ski gloves, ski mask, Gatorade, snacks, chains, and the wet gloves and spikes on the way down). It had a little pocket for keys and overall I really liked it. The tabs on the outside were great for hooking things (sleds) onto. The zippers were manageable even in the snow and cold. I appreciate the high quality zippers and front clip. I’m looking forward to using this as a day back in the summer for backpacking trips.

Okay, but the snaps and straps appear cheap
I actually ended up returning this packable backpack because I found an alternative at REI I preferred for a similar price. I did open and inspect the Onda product. The material is like that of any lightweight packable backpack, fairly thin without much structure. There’s no padding of any kind on this pack. The snaps and straps seemed incredibly cheap; especially the sternal strap. The REI product’s straps are essentially double the width, and appear much more sturdy and there is back padding to provide structure and support. With that said, the Onda backpack is a true packable stuff sack which can shrink down to a very small size. The REI alternative I purchased is not in fact labeled as packable. Even so, it is extremely lightweight and can be folded down and manipulated enough to fit the need. Unless you’re super strapped for space, I highly recommend checking out REI before committing to this bag.

Excellent city pack.
Good quality. Like the loops on the back of pack. Thicker material than similar packs. Makes it a little bulkier and heavier, but still very packable. Straps not padded, but are very breathable and have a chest strap. Didn’t really like the vertical zipper pouch on the back. Seems like stuff would easily falll out. Still, would make a good city pack to throw in your luggage. I liked the G4 Free 20 liter pack slightly better, so I bought that one. But this pack is a very close second.

Super high quality and packs incredibly small!
I decided to buy the Pacca Onda packable backpack over the cheaper options. And boy am I glad I did! Super high quality material and TONS of extra pockets and storage. My favorite feature is the split main compartment so I can fit my hydration bladder. And then it packs into the size of a tennis ball. I’m super happy with my purchase!
