These are really nice plugs. Drill a 1.25” hole and they pop right in, threaded ring snugs down and holds them nice and tight from behind. Nice wide bezel around the plug gives them a really clean look and hides any imperfections from cutting the hole. It’s also nice that you can completely remove the rubber flap if you don’t need it. Came with wires with in-line fuses but I threw these away as I was already wiring through a fuse panel and the wires included were gauged too small for my system. Great plugs for the price.

Ordered 3 of these 12v outlets for my solar kit. The last outlet i had didnt hold the plug in and even caused my 12v fridge to shut off spoiling some food...these are a nice upgrade. The locking points inside the barrel help retain the plug, easy install and came with everything one could need for installation. No complaints at all, and seems well made have a week in moab friday well see how it holds up!

I bought these for a battery box I was building for my telescope/astrophotography rig out of an old deep cycle battery. They installed nicely on the box and hold securely. No problems. 5 stars.

These are well made parts with 10 AWG wire to handle sufficient amperage for real world use. I am mounting one in my front bumper for easy access for my tools & work lights. Another two will be mounted for use inside the minivan on both side walls, by the rear bench, where the side doors open, for easy access, both inside & outside. The second row seats are folded down to make a cargo & work area. They will each have fuses for 1500 watts of power.

These work great!

Much cheaper than name brand options, but at the expense of quality control. I installed next to a blue seas plug and some plugs from a major electronics distributor. Side by side, these are obviously lower quality. These are NOT marine grade - In 2/3 the rubber plug would not stay closed. I had to 3d print an insert to stretch the plug enough to make it stay shut. In 1/3 the threads did not mate well, but I was able to make it work. The internal plug size is larger than I'd like, but comparable to blue seas. Some cigarette plugs have a tendency to slip out, but I think it'll be manageable. I didn't use the supplied wires, they were lower gauge than I was comfortable using for my appliances. I'll revise the stars if I have any further gripes.
