Amazing mattress and customer service
I absolutely love these mattresses. they are so comfortable and easy to adjust to your ideal stiffness. I actually got a very good sleep and I don’t sleep well. After the first night or two when they stretch a bit, they actually stay inflated throughout the night, which doesn’t usually happen. You might need to inflate it a bit before each night, but that is not a big deal. We have four mattresses because there’s five of us in the family and everyone likes them and we all sleep really well whether we’re having a camping trip or if the kids are having sleepovers,. they were stood a lot my kids like to jump on them. after two years of jumping, there was a slight leak and I emailed the company and the next morning first thing I got a voicemail saying we’re gonna take care of the replacement even though it was a year after the warranty expired and I am so impressed with the customer service of this company you should not hesitate to buy from this company as opposed to any other company that sells mattresses I wouldn’t be going out of my way to write a view unless I was that impressed.

Truly review from my heart!
I am a person who never write a review unless it’s very excellent. I purchased a queen size Sound Asleep air mattress over the Christmas 2024 for my 2 daughters coming home sleeping in it, it was ok at that time but then 4 mos later my friend came to visit sợ I tried to inflate 4 days ahead of the time and the mattress keep inflating then deflating over the night until my friend arrived…… I was really mad as I only used one time right after purchasing. I contact the company and WAS VERY SURPRISED OF THỂ QUICK RESPONSE OF AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAME CASEY who went beyond to help me in a pleasant voice apologizing for the inconvenience causing me. She then reorder another replacement free. The new replacement arrived and I tried to plug in and left inflating for 5 days, it was a good condition one. The company is lucky to hire an excellent member representative who is willing to calm down the angry customer with her sweet voice and helping me to have a big trust again for this company. I am talking thể truth from a bottom of my heart thật I would prefer my friends to this company ( the mattress is very comfortable to have a good sleep at night ) and the most important is the company REALLY CARE TRULY FOR THE CUSTOMERS……

Great, overall, but chilly in cooler temps
I got this to sleep on for a week and a half to two weeks while I waited for my belongings to arrive after an interstate move. Being older with joint problems, this seemed like the best option for usability and saving space in the car (I also have a fold-up foam twin that I could have used but it would have required significantly more space in the car).Setting up: the pump was great and easy to use. I also purchased straps for my sheets to keep them in place and recommend others do this.Use: I added air 2 times after the initial inflation, once the next morning and again 4 or 5 days later. It needed air again by the time I was done using it. Luckily, the pump is easy to access and the amount of air-loss was minimal so you do not wake up sunken down to floor as I have experienced with older styles of air mattress. One thing I did not anticipate is how much colder it would be to sleep on a pocket of air. I put a fleece blanket down first before the bottom sheet, but was still very cold at night in temperatures that would have been fine in my normal bed with half the number of blankets.Storing: the pump deflated the mattress quickly and easily to the degree that the mattress collapsed in on itself and removed all air. When the pump is turned off, it is locked so that air cannot creep back inside. This matters because that made it much easier to fold up and fit into the storage bag. Previous mattresses I have had never folded up very easily to fit in whatever storage bag that it came with, so this was a big bonus for ease of use.

Best bed I have had for a very long time. (July 2023 Addendum)
First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on the bed I noticed that there was something on the mattress which turned out to be a piece of pie crust from one of the blankets I was using. The pie crust left an oily mark about two inches square. A little dish soapy water and the oily mark came right off and the mattress looks as good as new. No problem with the flocking coming off either. This is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many, many years. My wife likes a bed that is almost rock hard which leaves my back and neck without support and aching when I get up in the morning. With this air mattress I can now adjust the bed to just how firm or soft I want it. I keep the bed inflated all the time and, so far, have only had to add air to it about every four to five days ~ 20-30 seconds and the mattress is back just where I like it. While the inflation/deflation fans are somewhat loud, only using them for 20-30 seconds once a week really makes the noise a non-issue. The electric cord for the fans even has a nice storage place built into the mattress to keep it out of the way.I was also concerned about getting hot sleeping on what is really a plastic surface. So far, I have been perfectly comfortable on this mattress. I suspect the flocking helps with that as well.I realize that this mattress is not really supposed to be an every night forever kind of a bed, but I am going to use it like that for as long as I can. I have been sleeping on it for six or seven weeks and have enjoyed it every night. When it wears out, provided it is still available, I will happily purchase another one.Addendum: One day earlier this week, it is now July 21, 2023, my Dream Series air mattress finally stopped retaining its air. At first it was a very slow leak, about 12 hours for the mattress to get "squishy". Last night it only took about 5 hours. Today I called the SoundAsleep support number and spoke with Casey. I can honestly say that for as much as I like the mattress, the customer support is even better. Not only was Casey pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to, she is going to replace my mattress and has even expedited the shipping on it. Yes, even though I am using the mattress as my long term bed which it is not meant for. So, in a couple of days I will have a new "dream" series mattress! The only drawback to this whole experience is that now I have to renew my search for an air mattress that is actually meant to be a "long term" bed and keep my SoundAsleep mattress as a backup. I sure hope I can find one that comes close to being as comfortable as my SoundAsleep mattress. This product and this company are keepers!
