Useful tool
Great little tool for making sushi at home. I use to make Ikura as it forms the rice perfectly to wrap the nori around....and top with the salmon roe.

Makes tuna on crispy rice easy.
First time using came out perfect picture below. Made rice, added rice vinegar, and coated with sesame oil. Pressed rice in mold, chilled in freeze for 10 minutes, popped Into air fryer. Topped with spicy tuna. Added dynamite sauce.

Better than i was expecting
I thought the rice was gunna stick onto the sides and create an absolute mess to clean, but in my 3 uses of this so far, i think i’ve had literally one grain of rice get stuck on this.

TIME CONSUMING NIGIRI MOLD
This was a hard mold to pre-make the rice for nigiri to use. The thing was when I followed the direction, it says to soak the mold in water before putting the rice so it doesn’t stick, which made my rice crumble every time I pushed it out of the mold. I would say lightly damp it and pack the rice in so that they stick together. It’s easy to push out with the piece on the back. I kept trying to use it but it wasn't working for me and was time-consuming. I rather hand mold it myself.
