This light is awesome!!!! I have a solar LED umbrella but the lights are not bright at all!! So i added this and it’s amazing!! A MUST HAVE JUST GET ONE ALREADY

I felt I needed to share my experience with this item. I enjoy sitting outside, sipping tea while reading my kindle. I didn't want to get a harsh white light to ruin my zen so I got the soft yellow. It is very easy to install but there are a few things you should know. There is a little clasp that unlatches for you to put it on your umbrella pole, this clasp is very flimsy. My installation went off without a hitch but when it came time to replace the batteries the clasp broke, light fell, I live in SOBE so of course it was raining, and that was all she wrote for this light. This is where I'm not sure how many stars to give it bc it really is a nice light, very bright but the light itself is inconspicuous both when the umbrella is open and closed. I'm torn now between reordering another or trying to find a similar item that's built a little sturdier. For the price point tho this one can't be beat.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks so can't speak to durability but this light works well and is just what I was looking for. It gives enough light for people around a 10 chair outdoor table to easily see each other and what's on the table without being either blinding or too dim. It's also easy to put on since it opens and then locks, and the tension is enough to hold it in place. Great light at a good price!

Light works as expected and provides the perfect amoutn of light for outdoor games at the table.

I like the design and function. The power switch toggles to light just the inner set of LEDs, press again for just the right of LEDs, and press again for all LEDs on. When the light was brand new it was great. This is the second year/ season since the purchase. The battery contact in the compartment took on oxidation in the first season even though I didn’t leave it outside often, though a few nights found it left under the closed umbrella. Now in the second year the light malfunctioned, came on very dim or flashing intermittently after installing new batteries. I took the light apart, simply curious, to find cheap subpar wiring. The wire connecting the batteries through the hinge is fragile and too short. Open and closing of the light stresses the wire and I found mine broken off the contact. I replaced and upgraded the cheap wire and fixed the light. It took more time than the light is worth, but it’s back online for now. If you want a reliable light to go for more than one season, seek one with higher quality.

This patio light came on time and in very good packaging. I liked the appearance and it looks really nice on my umbrella pole (if that's the right word). Easy to install and the lighting is good. I like that it has 3 modes of brightness too. Even tho some think batteries are obsolete I prefer this detail because I can change batteries quickly if I need light right away. It is for those who prefer battery to usb power.

Worked great for our needs for our deck!
