The product works, but is impossible to use because the pump breaks quickly. According to the company representative the dosage may only be measured by pump; there is no volume measurement which I can use ex 1/4 tsp. Their work around for the defective pump is to measure 3/4 of an inch. Yes, they want me to use a linear measurement using a pump to measure accurately the amount of estriol which I am putting on my body. No matter how good a product is if the apparatus to measure it is defective and unable to be measured accurately any other way the product is close to useless and may be dangerous. I am submitting this review only after contacting the company several times and requesting guidance or help; the best they could do is to say measure out 3/4 of an inch and that should be close enough.So lousy pump and lousy customer service. Plus, the company knows about this problem (see customer reviews) and yet there is still no fix, no service to help or even an accurate volume measurement to use. Forget the dang pump and send a volume measurement unit with the product.

Great product. I use a pumpful and rotate where I put it on my body--right side, left side, arm, leg, etc. At 72, all those annoying symptoms are now gone and my latest bloodwork showed excellent levels on the hormones. Yay!

The reviews are true. Thanks Amazon customers, you are helping me get back to myself again. At the recommendation of my naturopath, I am inserting it nightly ( a small dollop) for two weeks' period. After 2 weeks' time, I am supposed to start using it every three nights. Just put it in and use a pad in your pajamas to collect any little drips. It has helped me tremendously already with muscle atrophy that was causing pain with intercourse. It was a subject I could not get my gynecologist to help me with and I can't believe it, but you guys on Amazon help me figure it out by following product recommendations and related products. So it really works and things are puffing back up and relaxing. I'm going to start buying it regularly to keep things working. I also tried the dilation stretching thing that someone recommended while using it.

product works great. it is a little difficult getting it pumping with the first use but after that it is fine.

I have adrenal fatigue and it was getting so bad that I had no energy. From what i have read when you are stressed alot you adrenal system gets overworked and that affects alot of things including hormones. It is so confusing as your adrenal, thyroid and hormones are all linked. When one is not working well it can affect others. I tried this product and only used a little bit (not a full pump). I put it on at night and the next morning I woke up with much more energy. I was kind of surprised at the instant improvement (that never happens for me with products). The negative is I did have a slight headache for 2 days but then it was gone. I guess my body had to adjust. I have recommended this to family/friends. I think it all just depends on what your body is low on (estrogen, progesterone etc). I am only using a little bit so this should last a good while. I will be reordering.

Had to update my review. The sodium bicarbonate has become so irritating that I’ve had to stop using this product:((. WHY is there baking soda in this??Less expensive than the prescription estrogen creams (and not made from horse urine).
