I have knocked off one star as the handle is loose, which seems to be a design fault.I have knocked off another star as the brush is too large to really fit inside the fins of my radiators, photo included shows my radiator BEFORE I removed the grill (unfortunately the photo does not seem to be appearing) it fits between the fins but getting them inside required pushing with excessive force and once I had it inside, the whole radiator pulled up when I tried to remove the brush and since the handle cover was sliding off leaving me with little to grip hold of, and I had to push the radiator down with my 'spare' hand (yes you need three hands for this) I was not tempted to try it with the other 59 fins, it took over one minute to get in and out of just one fin, 15 minutes to clean between the fins, at that rate, the whole radiator would have been cleaned in approx 90 minutes, the thought of attempting this with another 4 equally large radiators filled me with terror, not to mention the 4 smaller radiators. My back was already killing me after just 16 minutes and the dust cloud was pretty deadly, requiring a good litre of water to flush my mouth and a good dose of Ventolin to settle my asthma (I should have worn a mask),.My conclusion is that I need to move to a house with NO radiators. Or, move to a Planet where dust has been outlawed,

Very good product, works perfectly, gets into the folds between the steel, picks up all the dust, and can be easily cleaned, by shaking, shame they bent it to post it, but it straightened out, quite easily, but has still got a kink in the middle.Works as good as the more expensive versions, so I am very happy with this.

I was a bit worried about paying the price for this item but I'm glad I did. It's worth every penny, the insides of my radiators are now the cleanest in the country!!! Would recommend this product.

When we moved house recently we found that the insides of the double radiators were in a pretty disgusting state, with a thick layer of dust and an accumulation of cobwebs due to years of neglect. So, we decided to invest in a proper cleaning brush and chose this one because the handle looked to be a bit more comfortable than the others we saw.When the brush arrived it looked and felt fairly substantial, in fact we did wonder if it was too wide to go down the slots between the fins in the radiator. However, once I had removed the end plates and the top grill of the first radiator to get the treatment, it went in fairly easily but with just the right amount of resistance to ensure that most of the gunge was dislodged on the first push through (a tip - put an old towel or something under the radiator before you start, to help catch some of the debris). A couple more passes, and the insides of the fins were looking much better, all of the accumulated dust and cobwebs had gone, most of it was now on the bristles of the radiator brush. Not a problem, just took it outside and attacked it with a stiff nailbrush. Having already removed the end plates and top grill of the radiator, the other inside surfaces were easy to clean with a cloth and some household cleaner, and once it was all put back together it looked almost as good as new. Job done.I have however only given this a four star rating because the outer casing of the handle came unstuck as we were finishing the first radiator - a bit of a shame as the handle was what had made us decide to get this one. However, the inside part of the handle, the bit that holds the twisted wires of the brush, was still quite easy to grip, and it didn't really stop the brush doing its job. I have now re-glued the outer part of the handle back on, and so far it seems to be holding, but a pity it wasn't fixed properly in the first place.

Promised myself one of these for ages. Clears so much stuff that would otherwise be out of reach. Perfect before painting. Allows the radiator to deliver all it heat.
