will this work to swap from 3 different 110v power sources?

Piece of junk. I threw it in the trash!

will this work for a 2 speed 120v 10a blower

You need to look up the switch and check wire diagram

wire in from each source a pos + and neg - then 2 wire out to unit pos + and neg - ? switch isolates on, thats what i need will this do so

There is an in and out for each position on the switch. Your negative or neutral does not connect to the switch. Not sure what purpose that would serve.
