excellent as a current reference on principles and practices of CG. good for board members, senior executives of public companies and students studying the subject.

Excellent reference text for the subject of Corporate Governance. It covers a wide range of topics but the 3rd edition has more relevant case studies and updated corporate governance codes information.

Although the product was as described, but the delivery was sort of tardy. I bought this book for an exam and by time i received it, the exam was done.

This was a set text for a MBA subject. It covered a wide range of topics and was well written

First they lost the book, I spoke to the service staff while they tried to be helpful, they couldnt locate the book. It finally came but so late that I had ordered a second one from another supplier.I was so disappointed. Again the service staff tried to be helpful but i will never order from this company again or recommend that any one else does.

Great book, enjoyed reading it.
