Rather cumbersome to use if you are kneading flour
It is far easier to simply wash your hands after you knead flour in an open pan; and what's better is that you can clearly see what's happening to it.The bag may be good for marinating meats, but not fish; fish spines punctured the soft silicone and ruined my bag.

Good quality but not really useful
The material used is good and easy to clean. But the product itself is quite messy to use and one has to do the final round of kneading after removing from the bag. In effect not very useful

A waste of money as it is not possible to kneed dough with it or use it anywhere else as dough sticks and you end up creating more mess and wasting more time than usual even for a newbee.
