Very professional
I really really love this laser lights. In my dance studio make an amazing set for my kids dance show. It come with remote controller so you can change patterns and colours. With smoke it looks very very cool ! I recommend to have even at home for your parties and if you use the slow motion you can enjoy using to relax as it looks like stars all around your lounge.

It barely does what it says on the box and item description.
This thing is relatively awful. It’s flimsy, has a really short cable - any tug on it and the unit has difficulty standing up and the legs constantly need readjusting - and, it absolutely does NOT react to ‘music’, that would involve picking up the frequency from mid to high tones and reacting to it accordingly. It does however - react to sound, from a really poor microphone - as in a loud noise (like clapping your hands), to which it will change colour from red to green. That’s it. It’s like a clapper switch for a light. That’s the best way to describe it. Furthermore it’s about as bright as you would expect from having a good handful of cheap laser pens and waving them around the room. I wouldn’t mind this, if it was about fifteen quid - but nearly 30 quid for this, is just sheer rip off shenanigans. Good thing this is for my 8 year old daughter, she will like it regardless. Finally, just to conclude - the remote has play/pause and skip buttons that we have NO idea what for. It’s not for the lasers - admittedly, this products best features are arguably the laser control and ‘customisation’ (I use that term lightly) available on the remote - and it has functions like that already - so those non working media controls are a weird mystery.

It's OK, but...
This the third such laser light show unit I have bought. The first one had nice sharp patterns, but the red went dim fairly quickly. The second had horrible cheap gratings and produced bright but fuzzy patterns. Both of these gave a variety of patterns - snowflakes, stars etc, so quite "christmassy".This one? Bright and sharp. But only one pattern - "flying dots", so not particularly christmassy. Horrible bendy-leg tripod that is difficult to aim. Cheap tacky-feeling remote control, whose gaudy front panel label is already unpeeling. No explanation of what several of the buttons are supposed to do. Has the usual auto-flashing and sound-to-light flashing epilepsy-fit-triggering features that I have no desire to enable, EVER. The power lead is short, less than 1 m long, so quite restrictive on where you can put this.Cheap'n'cheerful. I'd have preferred fewer features and more care taken with part selection with respect to the remote control, tripod and power adapter. Oh, but the bright sharp flying dots do keep the cats amused.

Good value for money
For the price this is a great laser. Although it won’t hold up against the more professional/expensive models it does a great job at a fraction of the price.Impressive spread and the laser is powerful, really lightweight and the included tripod and remote is handy. The microphone doesn’t seem that great for following the music but I didn’t expect much for this price.I was overall impressed based on the price paid, two of these mounted to a stand and paired with a smoke machine would offer an impressive budget lighting setup.

The best mini laser for parties or DJs.
This model is the best mini laser out there. I have just bought a 2nd and as a mobile dj it's perfect and portable to light up a ceiling and often gets comments. Well worth £25

Average quality
Its not expensive and the build quality is average. The two issues I have with it are the remote control and the microphone. The remote does not work very well if you are more than two metres away and the microphone does not pick up the music very well unless the sound level is at club volumes. Not practical in a domestic environment. Apart from that it does its job well.
