I bought this based on good reviews, which I since discover were "Vine reviews of free product".Now I see there are more real reviews, most of which are poor.I thought this would be ideal for my home office during the recent hot spell. When I first used it, it did seem as though the air coming out was cool, but after about 3 minutes it was just blowing warm. I also noticed the arm of my chair was getting wet.When reading the (very brief) instructions it suggests to ensure windows and doors are closed. I did this and went to make a drink. When I returned, my office was like a Turkish steam room.This is not fit for purpose. Save your money and just buy a fan.

The fan is overall quite good, especially with the icepack, however, it really needs noise fixing from manufacturing! Because right now, I would say this is like a moody person, it is quiet if you leave it alone or are careful when turning it on. However, if it is already on and you accidentally touches it, it starts sounding like someone's left their moped on in your room...And to fix the noise issue then, you would have to restart it *CAREFULLY*.*Until the noise issue gets fixed, maybe do not place this fan in a baby's/child's room, it may start silently, but as it has been on for a few hours it will start making a loud noise* Otherwise if you are awake and don't mind turning it on and off depending on the addressed issue, then it is not too bad, it does help during the heatwave.

Very difficult to move unless you empty all the water out first.Quite noisy.Isolation did not work.But did blow out very cold air, which was why i ordered it.

Its okay but not as much of a chiller as I would have liked.

RECEIVED & set up yesterday...very poor.....description says " removable water tank " ( the reason I bought it ) ..It isn't removable at all. ..there is NO REMOTE , though I didn't notice that so that is my fault...... not at all cool even with the ice pack & set on cool.....nowhere near as good as my last one....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ..... waste of money. You can buy better for £70.

Terrible.Got duped by all the ‘Vine’ reviews.There are 3 fan speeds but seemingly no difference from each setting.‘Removable’ box is NOT removable.Looks and feels cheap. The buttons on top of the cooler feel like they will break at any moment.You cannot feel the air from the cooler unless you’re sitting really close to it. Like 30-50cm!!I would advise you stay away from this item. Maybe buy an actual Air Conditioner rather than an air cooler. Though if you want an air cooler I would go for one that is much bigger otherwise it’s a waste of time and money.

In London this week it reached unbelievable levels of heat and the city was 38 degrees. I bought this cooler specifically for this very reason and although it was a support I don't think it was worth the money. Even though the ice pack was used, I don't believe it gave the cooling affect it suggest in the description. Its a fan and if your looking for just a standard fan this is ok - although i believe there are stronger fans out there. Its not a cooler per say. Its OK but not WOW. I unfortunately returned mines.

Wish it had longer timer only 2 hours would improve it, longer cooling system! Basically larger ice pack and in hindsight wish I put the money on what I spent on this to a dehumidifier air purifier so I get a lot more use out of it but does the job and can’t complain description the price was good it does what it says and is very easy to use and move, ascetically its okay ( unnoticeable)sound a lot quieter than the air conditioning systems on holiday, and quieter than som fans I have had
