These are real deal good sleeves
If you’re like I was, you’re searching for a quality compression sleeve amongst the sea of Chinese garbage here on amazon. These are the real deal, these are made in Germany and are quality products that fit correctly. The cheap compression sleeves are always way too small and way too short. Like they were made for tiny people. These are the right length, the right size, and fit great. The compression feels amazing. These are the ones you want.

They work for my shin splints.
Out of all the compression sleeves for shins that I tried, these are the only ones that I notice actually make a difference. I get shin splints from running and kicking a lot (muay thai). When I wear these often they minimize the shin splints and make them go away much quicker. Sometimes I wear them just for my workouts. Sometimes I wear them all day as I’m on my feet a lot. I’ve tried wearing on one leg and not the other to see the impact they have and can definitely tell that they work. This is an effective compression sleeve and the only brand that actually helped my shin splints. I recommend for anyone who needs them for that or varicose veins.

CEP Compression is the Real Deal
I was introduced to CEP compression socks by our local running company while I trained and completed a full marathon. They are 10x stronger than the brands you find at your big box sporting goods stores. I recently purchased more due to their ability to relieve side effects associated with chemotherapy. When I wear the compression sleeves in bed I no longer wake up with terrible muscle spasms in my calfs and toes. Note: I was told sleeves can be worn while you sleep and the socks are for the day. In addition, the sleeves protect your legs while trail running or just running through the woods off trail. CEP is slightly more expensive but they are the only brand that works and lasts for decades! Its one of the cheapest investments you can do for your health!

Careful with borderline sizes ...
Love the product but had to go a size larger than measured calf size in order to not be too tight. Was on the border between IV and V in terms of calf size around 17.5". Started out with the Men's size IV and it was too tight. Way too tight. May have even caused clotting in a varicose vein. So be aware.Switched to Men's size V and it is much better. In sum, if you're at the higher end of a size range, you may want to consider going with the larger size.

Everything I own from CEP is great.
I love these things. As a fan of the CEP Run 2.0 socks, I decided to give these a try and I love them. Similar support for the ankle and thigh, but easier on-off and better price point. Plus, you can just use whatever your favorite run socks and pull these over the top. Just one thing ... please don't be one of those clowns at the gym who pulls them up to the top of the calf (gastroc/soleus), where you probably don't need support, and leave the lower calf and ankle exposed, where you probably do need support. And it looks dumb. Overlap your above ankle workout socks, like the engineers intended (look at the sleeve... there is a flare for the medial and lateral malleoli, so don't pull them up so high).Knee sleeve, calf sleeve, run 2.0 socks ... CEP makes really really great products. I highly recommend these. And as a bonus? Wear these or the socks when you fly ... you'll never travel without compression socks/sleeves again. Your legs will love you.

Gets the Job Done!
DId a lot of research on compression sleeves as I had a previous calf injury and needed some extra protection. These guys are highly recommended by the right entities. Bought mine by the size chart provided, they are a little snug at first but do comfortably loosen up. Tough to get off over your feet at first, but do get easier to remove with use. My only knock might be they are a little lighter and not as sturdy as a Zensa, but you just have to be somewhat careful removing. Great product!

Too tight around the ankles. Feet going numb.
These were highly rated by an article about shin splints, so I thought I’d try. They were significantly more costly than the other pairs I already own. My son's calf measurement was within the size small, not even on the border. He had to take them off during a game, because his feet started to fall asleep and feel numb. He doesn’t have large ankles. They are actually on the slim side, but these sleeves were cutting off his circulation.

Fantastic Compression Sleeves!
I am a 5'7' male with 15.5" calfs. I order the IV and they fit me perfectly. I recently got back into running and have been getting terrible shin splints. While most of that is really do to my poor running form, the CEP compression sleeve offers great compression and support. I use these exclusively during workouts and use a less compressive sleeve post workout for recovery. I've run the through the wash a couple times and they are holding up nicely. I have tried other sleeves, and these are quality. You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for and these are excellent. I use them for recovery after a hard ...
This is the second pair i have ordered. First pair were bought 2 years ago and are still going strong. You get what you pay for and these are excellent. I use them for recovery after a hard run or a race. They provide great compression and stop my legs feeling battered and tired for the rest of the day. I personally don't run in them and can't comment on that but find them invaluable for recovery.

Not as good as Skins
I had a pair of Skins calf sleeves for more than 3 years and they were brilliant. Got these ones for a replacement but they are a lot more difficult to put on/off, but the compression doesn't feel as same as the Skins. I ended up back to use my old Skins.

great compression calf sleeves
I've been using CEP Calf sleeves for many years. they are a great and durable product. One thing that one needs to remember is to choose the size right. If they are too tight you would not feel it in static situations. But under load - during a long run for example - it will hurt. But if the size is right they are just great.
