Tasty, filling, and effective for steady weight control
The SlimFast Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake is a great option for anyone looking to manage weight without sacrificing taste. The flavour is rich and smooth—more like a proper milkshake than a diet drink—and it mixes easily with water or milk without clumping. Each serving is low in calories but high in protein, keeping me full for several hours and helping curb snacking between meals. I like that it’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals, so it feels like a balanced option rather than just a low‑calorie drink. The large 1.875 kg tub lasts ages, making it good value for money, and it fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle. I’ve seen great results pairing it with sensible meals and light exercise. If you want an easy, tasty way to stay on track with your diet or maintain a balanced lifestyle, this SlimFast shake is an excellent choice.

New improved taste
I had the chocolate one a few years back not liked it at all, so was reluctant to purchase again but couldn't resist the sale price and the fact that I need to lose some weight again. I couldn't have been happier! It tastes like chocolate this time! Only thing I noticed is that depending on which kind of milk you use it'll taste a bit funny. I like it best with alpro cashew milk, or oat barista. I'm not sure if it'll taste good with cow's milk or the same as before (I used to have it in the past). So, if you find it tastes funny with the milk you normally use, try changing it to the ones mentioned here or some other you may prefer, and happy weight loss!☺️

Long comment but 1.875g (50 serving) is worth it at the moment (If you're familiar with product)
I've used slimfast on & off for the last 3 years as it does & doesn't work (I lost about 1/2 a dress size (ish) when i was on it the longest (about 2 months) but I didn't fully commit to it & I didn't weigh myself or have a specific goal in mind. My eating habits are quite bad in different ways (skipping breakfast most days, skipping meals, snacking a lot on & off etc.). The diet has helped me with portion sizes, sticking to a routine & spacing out meals. Everything actually tastes good (not too keen on the meal replacement bars) but they do contain a lot of sugar (I don't know if they're natural sugars). There's also a good variety of snacks & shake flavours - so I don't get bored of the diet. It's filling. There were a few times where i didn't have any snacks (I'd have porridge, shake, meal replacement bar & a meal). Before starting the diet, I did not defecate regularly (sorry tmi). Once on the diet, I'd go twice a day (but somehow got myself used to specific times so it didn't affect work). Since ive gone off the diet, virtually anything i eat will make me need to go (im unsure if it's directly because of slimfast). It can be quite expensive when it's not on offer, especially the porridge (there are much cheaper ones & im sure they're pretty much the same thing calorie/nutrition-wise which Im planning on trying). I started it again today as my eating habits have gone back to normal & the prices are worth it at the moment - Im just having the shakes & snacks (& lighterlife's fastpots & drinks (pink grapefruit) & meal - let's see how this goes). It's up to you however you want to lose weight, get healthier or try something new but I think weight loss & a healthier lifestyle is a mindset. It takes a lot of self-discipline, motivation & stamina to start the journey & keep to a routine (of sorts). I think if you try to keep a healthy diet (& portions), exercise regularly & treat yourself occassionally, anyone can lose weight & become healthier (it takes commitment & time). I feel like the focus is on aesthetics which doesn't help anyone's mental health. We should focus on become fitter, healthy & stronger. Yes, weight loss is important too but not to an extreme either. So overall, there are better & more effective ways of losing weight but it's worth giving a go (baring everything in mind). Sorry for the long comment. I just wanted to share my experience. Hopefully this helps someone in some way ;)

Excellent.
At christmas decided I need to lose some weight I was 23 stone. Hate running wasnt interested in gyms (which were closed due to covid anyway) so I thought I need to start eating healthier. So purchased the slimfast chocolate milkshake to have for breakfast and evening meal. which has helped me lose 3 stone with the help of my Switch Ring Fit and a way better eating habit than before christmas. Still have 3 stone to lose but I feel 100% better. The shakes keep me going from 7am until 10am when I have a large orange, for lunch I have a roast or salad with chicken, at 2-3 ish i have another orange and before bed at 6pm I have another shake which keeps me going until morning in between I have carrot and tomatoes to snack on instead of chocolate or crisps. The shakes are thick and filling, have a great taste and the 50 servings is definitely way better value then the ones from Asda or Morrisons. Would definitely recommend as a way to get into a healthier eating habit.

Good value and nice taste
I wasn't sure how I would get on with this as previously I only had the ready made shakes. It has gone very well. However I did prepare. In advance I bought a couple of old fashioned milkshake glasses and a mini whisk. It is no trouble to whisk the chocolate powder with the milk in a glass jug and then pour it into the milkshake glass. It is slightly frothy and tastes delicious. There are also lots of vitamins and minerals. I have my shake at breakfast while I'm on the computer. The tub has lasted me the better part of three months so very good value. It's helping me lose weight.
