Ordered a 2 pack, the first cartridge worked properly. The second cartridge would not print, I kept receiving an error message wrong cartridge. I checked them and both seemed to be the same.

One cartridge was used. It was halfway used. Kept only because i needed it and didn’t have time to wait for another.

I found this replacement ink cartridge to be a good value. I have a relativity newish HP printer that I had replaced the black and color HP cartridges with new ones several times in the past. Of course I was open to saving some money. Then I decided to take a chance with these. I was concerned that my printer wouldn't recognize them. But to my surprise, my HP printer easily did so. The print is as good or better than the ink cartridges I had installed. So I will replace my HP printer with these cartridges in the future and save some cash in the process.

One of the 2 pack was returned as it didn't work.

I received two of the black ink cartridges. The first one did not work. I went by the instructions three times and it would not print. The second cartridge worked without any problems. Before I bought this product I read the reviews. More than one review had only one of the cartridges working out of the two.

First time I ordered recently, ordered before no issues but this time one of the ink cartridges was opened and appeared used I sent it back and sent new unopened box at no extra cost. Thanks MP

I have found for cartridges that do not work, remove the cartridge and rub the contact strip with a paper towel. The paper towel cleans the contacts and it should work as expected.

Works great.Updated.......The first cartridge worked great.The second cartridge won't work and says it's empty.Take your chances with a double pack.
