I'm sure would help people that don't have as bad arthritis it I have
It did not work for me because my knee is very complex with what gets going through tab surgery but I know it'll help other people but for me everything is lateral meniscus tear so it's a little bit too complex for this but it will help other people it's just it didn't with me

Love to try but have no way of using
Love to try but have no way of using product. Instructions tell you not to stick to skin but use the pockets to put them in close to knee. No pockets came with this pack, it does say refill so where's the one with the pockets? Doesn't come up as 'frequently bought with this product' section. So I'm left with pouches that I cant use, hence low rating

Pain relief that really works.
Bought these for my dad aged 90 who suffers from arthritis in his knees. This product gives him relief for up to 8 hours. He has said since using these patches with the pocket bandage provided his pain is more manageable. He has tried other products and solutions on the market but this one is the best yet. I would recommend them to you and anyone who suffers from arthritis knee pain.

Fantastic product
Suffer with arthritis in my wrists and these are the best thing to relieve the pain when it gets bad. Can only buy the refill packs now - wish they would make them with the wrist glove again as mine are now wearing thin and I will be lost without them. Have tried using them with the knee sleeve but it is a lot bigger and not as effective

I like cura-heat items but not these small ones
These cura-heat are small and dont really heat up and the knee bandage you get with them are not really big enough or substantial enough. I put the back cura-heat on my knees with a proper knee stretchy bandage over the top

Did not work
These didn’t work for me. The pads are not sticky so you cannot stick to clothing appears you need a further strap to use these. Equally the pad I tried gave out zero heat. I may have had a dysfunctional pad or box but not a good purchase and disappointing as I have a mending rotator cuff tear and these would have been so valuable to my healing.
