It helps my joint pain not be excruciating. It has a healthy dose of turmeric in it. I’ve taken it for about 7-8 years. Then again, I’ve only taken 1/2 the dose, but am slowly increasing to a full dose. I’m able to move about and be mobile which equals to independence, & independent living. I received my order exactly a week ago. Yesterday I noticed my knee pain has subsided some. I expected results to be noticeable after three to four weeks, I am impressed I can tell there’s a difference after only one week. Happy I decided to buy this supplement. It’s worth the price given the results.

I've been taking this supplement for 2-3 weeks now and have not notice any improvement in paid relief or range of motion. Probably a waste of money
