Do the capsules have spots in them?

Not that I recall. They look like your average capsule..

Do the ingredients for this originate in China?

Bottle states 'Made in USA' but that doesn't really say for sure where ingredients originate.

Can this be used for dogs that need 0.5ml of vetri dmg contains same 125ml of dmg?

I don't know... I wouldn't take a chance. To be sure check with a veterinarian.
