The duck wouldn't hold water in the first set I bought, but once I returned that set and got another, both worked perfectly. The colors are bright & bold and easily held by small hands. It only took my grandson, who just turned 2, a short time before he was able to fill both in his swimming pool and squirt his father. Great purchase.

Our kids have been loving these squirt guns. They are easy to fill which is great for my independent kiddos. They take enough water that you aren't refilling constantly, and they are really easy to use. Even my 2 year old can do it. Definitely a great value.
