Got mine in September of 2015. April 2017 it ...
Got mine in September of 2015. April 2017 it is broken. Welds failed in flanges that bolt to the wall. Will never purchase this product again.

After using for less than two years this product failed. The metal hinge gave. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT SAFE!!!

You need a licensed contractor to install
It doesn't say that in the description on AMAZON. In instructions sheet: Concealed In-Wall backing is ALWAYS REQUIRED for this product (not included) - and must be supplied and selected by a licensed installer/contractor to meet both weight bearing and code requirements. Personal injury and/or property damage may result from improper wall support or mounting, which is not covered under warranty.By the time I saw this, because it was going to go in at my mother-in-laws, it was past the return period.
