I just received this toy for my little one for his birthday! I must say I am in love with this toy! As with all products purchased online I like to try them out before I give it to the little ones. This is a beautiful simple wooden toy which I am certain my little one will enjoy. It comes assembled with six colored marbles. As the marble travels from leaf to leaf it will play a different pitch. The best way to explain it is when you knock on a wall or a door in various spots you will hear different sounds resonating from high to low depending on a variety of reasons. Unlike the wall or a door the sound moves from high to low in a harmonious way as the marble works its way down to the bottom platform. I hope that makes sense. I will warn you, the marbles are small. If you have a child that will place objects in their mouth keep that in mind. All in all, I am very satisfied with marble tree.

I ordered this for my son’s 4th birthday. He loves marble runs and car/ball tracks. I loved the pretty rainbow of color! (Both of my kids love colorful toys too, it’s not JUST for me ;)) It makes lovely (not annoying at all) sounds when the marbles run down the tree. My only issue is that I expected it to be taller-but i probably didn’t read the description well enough. It is truly a beautiful toy-it lives in our living room with a few of my other favorite (colorful wooden) toys. I highly recommend!

Beautiful! My five year old daughter and my seventeen month old daughter both love this. It makes such a pleasant sound. It is a lot of fun to try to get all the marbles going down fast one after the other, but it is also lovely to hear just one marble going at a time. I keep this toy on a high shelf and only take it down when I can do it with them because the marbles are a choking hazard for my younger child. That being said, it looks lovely up on the shelf. A truly unique, high quality toy that can be passed down for generations.

This is a beautiful toy, and my son loves it. However after taking it out of the box, one of the side ledges kind of popped off. The ledge is what keeps the marbles from rolling off of the platform, so I'm sure with more play it will eventually completely come off. I was a little disappointed with that because it is not an inexpensive toy. I want to exchange/return it but my son loves it, and I don't have the heart to take his birthday present away so soon. Maybe some wood glue and clamps will to the trick. It is a wonderful toy but make sure to check all the parts so you don't end up with a defective one. As soon as your kid sees it, it will be hard to take away and exchange.

Don't let the other reviews fool you into thinking this marble tree is only for kids. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but it is pre-assembled and well made. It is quite nice to look at and makes a great conversation starter...and when people of all ages start playing with it, they smile and play some more. I like to see how many I get to drop at once and then watch them snake their way down, all the while making beautiful noise ! Well worth the money.

I was looking for some eggs prefilled toys to make little nest for my child and these were great! I have a hard time finding easter eggs with so many high quality little toys. All of the little toys are so cute, the egg is pretty colorful. Saved time of filling the toy, love the product!

This little thing is such a conversation piece. Every one that gets close to it can not help but touch it and start dropping marbles. My 5 year old loves to drop several at 1 time and keeps him very entertained.

We bought this for our 2-year old on his birthday - both he and his 6-year old brother love it! Neither one has gotten bored with it yet.
