Taking good care of my skin is important to me, but the many choices these days of topical products and tools can be overwhelming. It always comes down to what works best for your skin type and individual life style. One thing I think we all can agree on is that starting with a clean face is the first and most important step. That being said, I recently heard a licensed dermatologist recommend the vibrating silcone cleansing devices over the sonic bristle brush type for gentle exfoliation. This surprised me as I've been using a popular sonic brush for years. Apparently the soft silicone texture is more gentle for cleansing and provides the right amount of exfoliation without traumatizing the skin. I thought this Udekit Waterproof device would be good choice to see if this method would be easy to use and beneficial in my skin care routine.To start, the unit comes with a usb charging cable. You will need to supple your own charging brick. But if you're like me there's always an extra one around the home. The instructions are not in English but there's not much to try to figure out. The base lights up while charging and once complete the light will go out. There is a small silicone tab over the charging port that you will need to close securely to keep the unit waterproof. After turning the unit on you can then adjust the vibration to your preference by either pressing the plus or minus button.I have to say, I'm impressed! I appreciate the shape of this device as it gets close around the nose and contours. The silicone nubs are soft and did not tug at my skin. The backside of the device has ridges instead of bristles. I tried this side after I put my retinol on to massage it in for better penetration. I don't know if this makes a difference but it felt good. I could really feel the vibration and it felt like a mini massage for my face. My skin felt soft and clean after using without any irritation. What I like over.my sonic brush is the ease of cleanup. I just rinse and pat dry with a towel. The Udekit is perfect for traveling too. I recommend giving this a try. It's an affordable beauty device that truly works.

This is a supersonic vibrating facial cleaner that exfoliates like no other I have tried. When I first turned it on I wasn't totally impressed until I discovered that the vibration level gain. It's like an ultrasonic toothbrush for your pores. Gentle and powerful. I usually use facial wipes or washcloths for convenience and thought my skin deserved treat. My skin looks super clean and I am sure the vibration, in addition to deep cleaning, will help to tone my facial muscles and stimulate blood flow to my skin keeping it radiant and fresh looking with regular use. Another thing I have discovered is that it is a champ at removing dead skin flakes cause by seborrhea. The before and after pic are posted. Mind you, the red areas are caused by the skin condition and the skin flakes are nearly impossible to remove until the condition heals. This facial cleaner removed them. Anyone with a similar skin condition knows how difficult it is to remove those post rash flakes that fall like dandruff all over your clothing (and everything else). This is a must have beauty aid.
