Amazing bat, and WAY cheaper than the sport stores!However, I recommend that your child go to the stores to try different bats out and once you find a good bat, check on amazon for comparison.My son loves this bat (Cal Ripken Major 70 league) and it seems good for both a contact hitter and a power hitter.The lizard skin tape is a huge plus!

For my grandson ...he loves it and in his first atbat at the all stars practice he got a solid hit for a double . I asked him after wards if he liked it and he said are you kidding I love it . Don't know what he would have said if h struck out ?

It was good when first time arrived but now the bat already broken after almost 1 year used. And its happened to others.

Great bat. Seems to be true to size and wait. My son loves it. Very little to no vibration. Has that awesome aluminum ping sound when you hit the ball on the sweet spot.

Has a very good pop to the bat and the grip is perfect. The entire team started using this bat for the rest of the 8u tournament

UPDATE 2020: I am now on my third Easton warranty repair bat... The previous 2 Easton Beast bats dented, and we just received the Fuze bat... They keep giving us different bats however the price point is generally the same. I do a lot of research before I purchase a bat and getting a different one every time is annoying... But, I have come to live with it. I'll say that Easton has sent a new bat as promised every time. They have almost zero communication so you really don't know if you're going to get a new bat or if they just shipped the dented one back, it's a nice surprise when it's a new one! So, moving forward, we purchased the drop-12 composite Rawlings bat that my son now uses every game and it is amazing. We use the junk Easton bats for practice and we'll be sure to get a new / replacement bat every season when they dent!UPDATE: Easton support takes 6-weeks for return. Easton did not have this bat "in stock" so they offered the -10 as a replacement. They are actually sending me a less expensive, not as good bat as a replacement! That's all I have to say,The reviews turned out to be right... Against my better judgement, I purchased this bat instead of the Rawlings 5150. During our 1st tournament series, 5 games in, the bat dented. This is 7U kid-pitch. There is NO WAY this bat should ever dent by a 7-year old being pitched to by a 7-year old!! And I don't even know when it happened because it wasn't like the ball soared over the outfield fence!My kid felt like the man. The colors POP and everyone, from kids to parents to coaches LOVED this bat. It did have a certain feel to it that my boy loved and felt extremely confident and comfortable using. I will admit that it is a very light, beautiful bat that served my son very well for 5 games. He got a hit everytime from singles to doubles! He's a little guy and this bat was light enough from the transition to the larger barrel.All that said, I can't bring myself to give it any more than 1-star right now because it is already trash. As much as we loved it, buying a new bat for every game is not within my budget. This had a larger sweet-spot than the Rawlings, but as I learned, that came at a price of a thinner side-walled bat.I have reached out to Easton for an RMA. I will keep posting as this unfolds, from their RMA process, to (hopefully) a replacement bat, and how long that one lasts.My advice, buy the Rawlings 5150... It doesn't have as large of a sweet-spot but you'll also get more than 5-games out of it...
