This review is for the 200 cu in capacity urn.The enamel dot on the top of the lid had popped off in one piece. I thought that was odd as I thought the urn was enameled. It looked like a preformed plastic disc. It could be super glued back on as the colored disc was not damaged. I have included pictures of the front and back of the disc.The color is not as bright pink as I expected. My pictures make it appear brighter than it actually is. Perhaps a function of the flash? Still a nice shade of pink.Other urns I have purchased wrap the velvet bag in a separate sealed bag, apart from the urn. No bad smells that way. There was a moisture packet inside the sealed urn, but not on the outside with the velvet bag. The felt on the bottom of the urn may have smelled moldy too, but I was not getting any closer for a nasal appraisal.The velveteen bag comes with the companies logo all over the front. This is VERY TACKY. Who wants advertising on the velvet bag holding their loved ones cremains? Other companies I have purchased urns from have sent PLAIN velvet bags. I have received different colors of bags, but I believe this is the first time a company has emblazoned their logo on the front of the bag. This is in VERY poor taste! BAD!!! Okay, so the bag can be thrown away. It stinks like mold anyway.The urn itself has a nice weight to it. The inside is not enameled as some others are. The silver trim is more chrome like than the Amazon picture shows. I prefer the shine. It is a nice urn. Other sellers are offering the same urn on Amazon. The identical hugs and kisses pink urn appears to have a logo free velvet bag. Shop to get the best price.

I needed to find an urn for my daughter's ashes. I looked at many websites and also at the funeral home and didn't see anything I liked. I finally found one on a website and ordered it only to find that the company could not deliver it until 6 weeks. I found this website and this particular urn and after looking at so many I finally decided to purchase this one. It is beautiful and made very well and it was delivered within 2 days. This is an extremely well made and lovely urn - we were surprised that we could find something so beautiful and classy for my mom and at such a good price! It is just the color she loved, and will be "in the pink" forevermore. We dressed it up (not that it needed it) with an urn necklace where we have a charm and her wedding ring, and I hang a pair of her favorite earrings on the side!! Thank you Liliane!

Bought this for my daughter. Absolutely beautiful urn. Exceptionally made. There is texture on the pink. The quality was better than the urn I had purchased through the funeral home. It was a plain brown color, this fit her so much better.

This item was beautiful. The lid fit snuggly and the color was gorgeous. The item was delivered as expected. It was packed securely so there was no worries about damage to the product. We did not personalize the item however there was plenty of room to add a small plaque for personalization.
