I have been in search of replacement compression socks/stockings for a long time. I took a chance on these and am very happy. I am 5'8" with a women's size 11/men's size 9.5 shoe and a 19 inch calf. I have a heavy leg! These fit as if they were made for me. They are not binding at the knee and have stayed in place all day (no rolling down or bunching up). I hesitate to call them "socks", though. I equate "socks" with cotton content and these do not have cotton content. They are more like a thick stocking. Either way, they are perfect for work with dress pants and would be fine for either a man or a woman. Finally a replacement for the medi-peds brand I was previously wearing. I will be reordering!

I was looking for a good compression sock that would be easy to put on but keep me from swelling. I had to wait to do a review because I had a trip planned, a 9 hour trip. I tend to swell really big my feet and my legs would look like balloons. When I got these socks I thought well it doesn't come all the way to my knee maybe it won't be as good as the heavy-duty ones that I used to have. They were very easy to put on but didn't go all the way up to my knee so I can inch and a half shorter than my last pair. So I was kind of worried that that part of my leg would swell up while the other part wouldn't. But I was nicely surprised when I got to my sister's house and finally was able to look at my legs they were not swollen. These socks are awesome if you're like me and your legs swell up, these will do the job.

Love them, I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, they have been washed many times and are still nice and smug, they feel great And my legs don't hurt, will buy more again.

I honestly expected to have to return these seeing as they were about two dollars a piece. However, the socks are very bit as good as more expensive ones and I like that they are not as long as the others we own.We use compression socks in the airplane when we travel overseas and use them the entire time we are traveling because we walk and hike a minimum of five miles per day wherever we are. These are unisex. The hubs and I just tried them on and they fit perfectly.We ordered the L/XL size- I am a shoe size 10M and he is a size 11.5M. The toe box is loose, which is expected in a good compression sock, and the top band sits nice and flat on your leg. We used to use compression calf sleeves, but the socks work better for us.They are in the wash as I write this review and I will update if washing and drying changes the shape and/or performance. Otherwise, do not hesitate to order these if you are looking for good compression socks.

I was worried about picking a size because I am a womens 10 and have large calves. Based on the chart I would be a S/M, but that didn't seem right. But I went with it and they are perfect. So if you have concerns, just follow the sizing chart. Very good compression, and they are not stretching out. My legs feel so much better and energized wearing these socks. I have been wearing these for a month and they are holding up nicely...no holes or stretched out areas. I am very happy with these socks and would order again.

These socks are great! Not only are they extremely affordable, bit they are some of my new favorite socks. I am pregnant and at that point where my feet swell whenever I spend the day on my feet. These socks made a huge difference! Almost no swelling at all and my ankles feel supported all day long. I was starting to get pains in my ankles before I bought these socks and haven't had any since. I can't speak for how they can help athletes, but if you are on your feet all day and have ankle pain, or are pregnant, I can't recommend this product enough!I bought size L/XL and wear women's size 9 1/2 - 10. They fit perfectly.

I'm a new nurse. I received advice from a veteran nurse on my first day; "buy yourself some compression socks". I looked up the benefits of the socks and I wanted only the best. After careful comparisons and reading reviews; I decided on this brand and I could not be happier. My legs thank me everyday! The quality is fantastic. I will be recommending these compression socks to all the nurses and patients. I will be buying another package.

One of the reasons I bought these is another reviewer said the toes were loose, which was exactly what I needed. My second toe is the same length as my big toe and most socks Cause pressure and a sore nail. These socks fit loose on the end of my toe and are snug the rest of the way up my leg and so I am thrilled. They are warm which is great for winter but I doubt if I’ll wear them in the summertime. Although I have some lovely colorful ones for summer,

Only had a few occasions to try these socks out and they worked very well. The quality of the material is very thick and decent. They seem tight all the way up to my knee which I assume are doing the compression thing. My regular socks were leaving deep indented elastic marks around my shins due to being over weight, but after shedding 20kg , there were still marks. These socks have eliminated any of these pressure points and even under the knee where they end is not indented. 8 pairs of quality work socks will last me a long time.

Having bought other products from Amazon which where not so good I was pleasantly surprised when these great socks arrived and have been fantastic.As they give me support for a full 10 hours at work!.
