Works for dry aging meat but sags a tad
I bought these for aging meat in the fridge using the Umai dry steak bags. Works fine but I notice it starts to sag a little (my roast is 10 pounds). But there still was room for airflow. Have used them twice so far each for a 35 day dry aged steak. Worked fine but worried about the long-term durability.
