smooth..........comb/brush puppy loves it - bugs don't!
There were so many animal comb/brush tools to pick from on Amazon. I decided to try this NEZU product. WOW! Out of the box it is very heavy and solid, like a professionals groomers tool. Extremely well made. I immediately loved the soft cushion handle, the other vendors I have tried had no padding on the handle, making prolonged combing and brushing tiresome. The blades are thick and safe, they lift the hair without pulling it. This tool works for pulling ticks and other bugs off my puppy also. He loves the massage effect. Highly recommend hair tool, I think this tool will last many years, a great value for me on a fixed budget with lots of animals.

Nice brush for thinning the undercoat.

The brush has two sides; one side is for heavier snags and heavier undercoat and the other for lighter snags and undercoat. My friends dog was our "model" and hasnt had a good brushing in awhile. As you can see, he doesnt mind being brushed. As you can also see, despite how thick his fur is, this brush doesnt "grab" at him too badly when it hits a snag or thick undercoat yet pulls out the undercoat very nicely. I didnt show the brush being used on my dog(Pomeranian) because mine is a brat and not as cooperative when it comes to being brushed-despite that he gets brushed regularly.

Poodle/Doodle Necessity
This is a great product, fast shipping, nice feel to the quality and a nice soft grip. If you have a poodle or doodle you need this set.The blades are inside the curves of the teeth, can't harm you or your pet, and works on even the worst case of burdocks or stickers that your dog may wander thru. Mats are no match for this tool. Don't dig too deeply and take too deep a bite of the fur with the tool if the mat is thick. Many short strokes will work it out painlessly for you and your dog.The steel toothed comb has a fine tooth end and a wider toothed end. A great set.I will likely be ordering again. Very pleased! Great for short hair and logn hair cats
We have our cats plus foster ones and this brush was the way to go! we brush them all one a week and we keep the house almost cat hair free, they love it, it is very nice and soft, it does not hurt them thanks to the shape of its "teeth"I first chose it due to the brightness of the yellow and the blue that reminds me to the Caribbean ocean.This brush really gets rid of the stubborn mats and tangles in longer hair cat very easily, I think they think that they are getting a spa massage when we brush them, they like this a lot, LOL! I also used this brush right after I gave my cats a bath and it worked great on the wet hair tooWe recommend it if you have a long haired cat dog or bunny, but if you have multiple, I super recommend it 😻

Awesome brush!

She shed tons of hair everyday and this tool just pulled a mount of undercoat hair in 5 min. I used the 23 teeth first then 12th teeth 2nd time around. It made her smooth and shiny. She loves it so much she went belly up and enjoy the scrub/rub. It has a nice grip and easy to use. Will brush her everyday.

Love this comb enough！

One had major mat problems，with a little bit of time and patience, the mats are gone. The other dog looks for daily climbing and you wouldn't believe the amount of hair that comes off with each combing. So I bought a second for home. Our dog just started his spring shedding and wow, after one sitting we had another dog just in fur! Definitely, recommend this comb for everybody!

We have two long haired kitties whose fir mats easily. This brush actually removes their ‘dreads’. Hurray for a brush that works!

Does my dog have sensitive skin?
I bought this for my Pomeranian so that we can keep his beautiful coat under control between groomings. My dog hates this brush, he runs when we get it out. It is like he has a sensitive scalp, so then he moves around and the brush get caught up in his under coat, I try to pull it out and then he gets knocked in the head or the rib cage by this stupid brush. I just stopped using it and will donate it to the local shelter. I will avoid this style from now on and just use a spray conditioner and work in smaller sections with a comb for now.
