These taps are easy to install, easy to use and look the business. However that's about the only good points. If the bathroom sink is shallow then they tend to splash a lot, so much so that I partly turned off the isolation valves on the pipes under the sink, to reduce the flow. The second problem is the quality of the chrome on the level. This is the second tap like this I've purchased, as the taps is very similar to the shower unit install in the bath. The problem is that on both occasions the chrome on the lever part of the tap is not up to par, and is lifting off. This happened on both set of taps in the same place and both were just over a year old. The first was12 months, this set a little over 16 months.I wouldn't recommend these on that basis, and im now looking at replacing them again, but this time I think that I might pay the extra and go with grohe.

Lovely looking tap, but can be tricky to use. If tap isn’t turned on enough, it will dribble back onto itself & wash basin back, therefore can/will run down onto floor/unit!!

The tap itself looks lovely. However the fittings supplied were incredibly poor. After fitting the tap and turning the water supply back on one of the tap tails was leaking severely from the hose connection. I had to take the entire sink fitting apart again and purchase a new tail and fit this to remedy the issue. Made the initial happiness with the tap turn into a throughly unpleasant (and wet) experience.Sorry but I can’t recommend this product unless you’re able to fully test it before fitting it in place.

Bought this as part of our refurb.Very well packaged/protected. Simple to install. Less than a third of the price of some we looked at, so couldn't be more pleased.

Bought as a replacement for the bathroom basin, which was a top brand product, this tap is superior in quality and looks amazing.

I bought the tap as reading previous reviews it sounded great value. When it arrived I was very pleased with the quality, it was very heavy and looked very expensive. It was very easy to install so I would recommend this tap to anyone.

Great a little tight if you have to change to flexi hose pipes but looks absolutely fantastic

Good product. Fast delivery.Just one small problem. I changed the supplied flexible pipes for better ones, and they didn’t fit due to the fitting being just a couple of millimetres too small. Other than that great tap.
