Missing screws
It came with no instructions and no screws. I looked in the seat cushion and the legs were there but nothing else. Plus it arrived several days late. It seems like it would be a nice chair if I could just put it together.Update: Customer service was helpful, they sent me the screws and emailed me the instructions. I was able to easily assemble the chair. It's sturdy, looks good, and is comfortable. It's perfect for my small office.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would leave 0 if i could. This thing althoug it looks nice on pictures looks super cheap in person and its not well put together.on top of that if you need to return it. You have to pay postage and its not cheap being that is a big box and it goes to california

Accent Grey Chair
Purchased my chair 2 years ago and I still love it! It was easy to assembly (I did it all by myself). It looks great in my guest room. Moved it to my master for a bit, hubby a bit large, but the chair held up with not issues. I highly recommend it.
