I bought this rucksack to use when I go cycling. It is really light and compact and benefits from a number of zipped compartments for storing keys, wallet, spare inner tubes and water.There is a zipped compartment on the inner side of the backpack which is great for storing your valuables and restricting any opportune thieves.There are two small zipped pockets on the strapped which are great for small items and for accessibility.The strap that goes across your chest has a whistle should you ever need it.All in all a great product for the price.

I bought this to use when cycling and when running. It has proved to be excellent for both. It has a bigger capacity than I envisaged as well as hidden pockets and waterproof pockets. I have worn it when riding my bike and also when running. It is very comfortable; the straps keep it secure and stop it from moving about too much. The only negative thing I can say is that it has a rather silly, plastic whistle on one of the straps, which makes a little squeaky noise. I am really glad I bought it and will continue to get a lot of use out of it.
