I ordered these vitamins after doing extensive research on what vitamins actually contain what is on the label. I've always been sus of vitamins but needed some due to medication that depletes some of my nutrients and these are USP certified, so they are safe and effective. I also like how transparent the company is about their vitamins when customers have asked questions and that some of the vitamins do actually come from whole food sources.The pills themselves are very easy to swallow. I am someone that cannot do those liquid gel pills that many vitamins use, they are far too large for me. I was nervous seeing their size, as these capsules are only slightly smaller, but they are still easy to swallow. Tip: for capsules like this, tilt your chin down slightly when swallowing instead of tilting your head back. Capsules float!The price point I feel is fair given the quantity and quality of the ingredients. I really can't put a price on my health or peace of mind.I am on day 4 of taking these now and all I can say is.... wow. They really work from day one. I felt different immediately in a good way. I tapered my dose and took one the first day, two the second day, etc. I have not reached the full six a day yet but even taking a bit less I notice a huge difference in my energy levels and quality of sleep. I'm able to focus better too.I take medication for binge eating and it usually wears off by the time I go to bed and I will end up binging before bed. These vitamins make me feel fuller throughout the day for some reason. I find I am not as prone to binge eating at night since starting these, even from just one pill at night. I also find myself not finishing meals because I feel full with less and having the energy to exercise after work. My joints also hurt less and I have arthritis.So far I haven't noticed many cons except that I experience slight heartburn occasionally from feeling very full after eating substantially less food than usual. For me, this feeling of fullness is a good thing but for others, maybe not.Overall, this gets two big thumbs up from me. It is a wonderful addition to a healthy lifestyle! Oh, and your pee will be neon yellow, fair warning. ;)

My only problem with these vitamins is that if you use the recommended 6 pills per day you can get megadoses of vitamins, including 40,000% of your B12 requirements. In my studying of nutritional requirements, ingesting more than the RDA of a vitamin or mineral is unhelpful and megadoses can be detrimental. So I prefer just to the RDA of each nutrient. My normal diet should provide me with most of my nutrition. Getting extra or ultra doses is not necessary and can be detrimental with some vitamins.HOwever, if I take just one of these pills per day I get either close to or slightly under the RDA amounts, except for B12, which is still about five times the RDA. So I still find this multivitamin useful at one sixth the suggested dose.Don't take six of these each day, just one and you'll get what you really need.

6 daily multivitamins are the first multi I have ever been able to tell a difference when I take it and then run out or forget to take it. My skin and hair look healthier and my energy and mental clarity are much better when I take it. Since there is no calcium, but it contains MK7 and MK4 which assist calcium out of the blood and into the bone you don’t have to worry as much about Atherosclerosis. Instead of taking all 6 capsules at once I take 2 3Xaday. I’ve been taking them about 5 years and have not had a cold or the flu since. Could this be because of the Mushroom blend and Beta Glucan? Can’t say for sure, but it’s working for me.

I have ben taking these for a couple of years now. I like them because they are easy to swallow and seem to have a good range of vitamins and minerals. They were recommended to me by my personal trainer who also takes them.

Can’t recommend product. Caused slight headache, low dizziness, heart palpitations with just one capsule. Be very careful using the recommended six per day.
