The General Pump TSS1021 is a T Series 47 triplex plunger pump that is used for high-pressure washing applications and for general cleaning applications. It is the preferred pump for professionals in the pressure cleaning industries. The TSS1021 pressure washer pump has solid ceramic plungers with constantly lubricated packings, oversized connecting rods for optimal pump life, heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, a forged brass manifold, and unitized stainless steel inlet and discharge valves. Also featured on this plunger pump is a die cast, anodized aluminum oil bath crankcase with a 40.6 ounce capacity. Note: For appropriate lubrication, you must fill the crankcase to the center of the oil gauge window with non-detergent SAE 30W oil. The oil needs to be changed after a 50 hour break-in-period, and then every 3 months or 500 hour intervals afterward. Specifications: This 32 lb. triplex plunger pump has a maximum fluid temperature of 165 degrees F, a maximum inlet vacuum of 9' water, and 9.2 / 6.5 EBHP horsepower (depends on volume and pressure).

Broken upon arrival
Pump box came packed into an extra large box. When opening the outer box oil was noticed covering the inner box the pump was housed in. After opening the inner box the pump was noticed dammaged on the back below the sight glass. Not sure where this happened but we need the pump so we are looking for options of repair or return.
