I bought one gallon to deal with repetitive weeds in difficult places. Sprayer worked fine throughout--mist to thick stream. Spray is incredible for killing weeds!! Very strong vinegar scent; to be expected. My strategy: before calling it a day, I sprayed a small area raising my head in a standing position to take long, deep breaths. After a few minutes, I had reached my limit so stopped. The next morning, the weeds in sprayed area were dead and the vinegar scent had subsided. Required a week to finish a 20' x 40' area that was thick with weeds. Two weeks later? Shriveled, dead weeds! I've never used chemical weed killers because I didn't want to breath the fumes and watch my pets die from exposure. Better to smell vinegar.

I've tried a few vinager products for weeds and this one works best. Kills grass and weeds same day and they stay dead for at least 2 weeks to a month depending on conditions. I use a half gallon mixed with 1 1/2 gallons of water, 1 cup of salt and 1/4 c dawn. This mixture is only for areas I will not be growing anything in the future. I use it in a 2 gallon sprayer and rinse well afterwards. So much better than using a product that could potentially cause cancer. My Mothers husband used the other stuff often and had 4 dogs diagnosed with cancer at the same time. May be a coincidence but why risk it when this works better. As for the smell, well it Is vinegar!

I like that this kills most weeds on the surface. However, please note that this doesn't get absorb into the roots so some plants or grasses will again sprout.

This stuff is incredible. Not wanting to use any harsh chemicals/weed killers, we tried this concentrated vinegar. Spraying the vinegar on the leaves or stems, plus trying to soak around the roots, is very effective and feels safe. It only takes one spraying to kill off existing weeds as they appear. The spraying allows us to be very selective as to what we want to get rid of without killing the good stuff we want to keep. So far, one application kills the weeds that show and has lasted all summer in the spots we sprayed. Will definitely keep a supply of this around.

Dont hesitate! Get this if you need weeds gone and you have pets! I used it for weeds growing through ny sandy beach! Worked wonders overnight so I could rake dead weeds away no trouble!

It's an Acid, it kills weeds. It's natural and won't harm bees.

I discovered that it can take your breath away.... so I suggest a face mask, and at least hospital gloves... as it can and will damage your skin.... it is meant for cleaning.... nothing more....
