Archer Excelsior T-Shirt

First, this fits horribly. It was for my husband but I use it for work out clothes. Secondly, what in the world is this material? It's like a sports jersey or something. Not what I want a tshirt to be. And my MAIN point of contention, thirdly, the graphic looks like it was downloaded and blown up. It looks horrible, pixelated and just looks bad. I am glad it came earlier than the projected time (it still took an entire month or more) because I have time to get him something else instead.
