Compared with Ultimate Multivitamin. Less stomach irritation when taking one pill versus two of Ultimate Multivitamin. However, seem to have more energy and mental clarity with Ultimate Multivitamin.

This multivitamin appears to be a good assortment of vitamins, minerals, and other trace nutrients. I like that it is completely natural sourced. This is my first time using this product and I have just started taking them, so I do not have any long-term assessment of their viability. This is a great multi! It has all of the nutrients that I need. The capsules hove no odor and are very easy to swallow. I will be purchasing this in the future.

This multi has folate not folic acid. That's a good thing. The b-12 is properly sourced as well. The price is right for a good quality supplement.
