my 2cents about this product to help anyone interested in buying it. I started taking this when I first started working out. Added to a well-thought out diet, continuing weight training, this stuff has helped my body feel amazing. lived in body. Whatever gets you through the day, no?Taking this every day, even when not working out has helped me build muscle in combination with lifting heavy and eating more protein. I’ve been using this Reflex Nutrition Creapure creatine daily for just over two months, and it’s been excellent. The powder is completely unflavoured, mixes easily into water or a shake, and doesn’t leave any grit or aftertaste. I’ve noticed a real difference in my recovery and overall strength since starting it, and because the tub lasts such a long time, it feels like great value. I’ve been taking this brand of Creapure, on and off, for many years. In fact after a 4 year hiatus from the gym, I recently made the mistake of buying some normal creatine monohydrate powder from another supplement company. Anyway, the problem with myself and normal creatine monohydrate powder is it always causes digestive issues such as bloating and diarrhoea, whereas Creapure doesn’t. With Creapure I always reap the benefits of creatine - increased performance, great muscle pump and the ability to hammer out a couple of extra reps. In conclusion, Reflex Creapure is a trusted, reliable product which mixes well, is guaranteed to deliver noticeable results, and offers a quality product for an affordable price.

finally found a legitimate creatine that works had an issue with delivery so not happy about that but the product itself is good quality
