Good Ironing Board
Nice and sturdy. I may figure out how to remove the iron rest rack at the end so I can utilize that end of the ironing board for shirts. My only wish is that this iron rack could have been made to be removable so you can put it on or take it off when needed.

The board itself is good and sturdy
The board itself is good and sturdy, but the iron stand on the back end would only let me lay my iron flat on it. When I do that and leave it sitting there for a minute or two, it shuts off. I've had to bend the iron stand open more so my iron can fit at an angle and will now stay on when left for a few minutes. The plastic protective covers for the legs have already cracked and I've had to tape them on. Because of the odd shape I haven't been able to find any.

This board is very very sturdy. The pad on the ironing board is very thick. Very nice.

Total waste of time and money
Item arrived packaged in flimsy cardboard. The iron wouldn't open properly and we finally got it completely open it was wobbly. The legs appear to close together on the front end to make it steady. It's going back! Total waste of time and money.

Designed by a Lefty?
If you're left-handed then this is the ironing board for you otherwise, I'd give it a second thought before you buy. Not such a big deal but the lever to open and close the board is on the other side and not so easy to reach as it's out of view if you position the board as any right-handed normally would. I can live with it but its a pain and even more so for my wife as it's harder for her to reach so set up involves having the lever in front of you and then flipping the board around to use it and then back again when you want to close it. My old Polder board wasn't like this. It is a heavier board and I did not have the packaging/damage issue that other reviewers have noted.

good board but broken leg plugs.
I like this board but may be returning it. I wanted an average board with good materials, which seems to be at the $50 range. This board is large and the cover/cushion feels smooth and firm. If pressed hard, I can feel the honeycomb surface of the main board, and I don't know if that will translate through the foam, but the foam itself felt somewhat firm enough to satisfaction. The lift function is smooth and easy. The board itself did not wobble on the kitchen floor. I don't expect the board to be rock steady against all the ironing motions. The iron rest looks good, but the rubbery padding is suspect. I don't know if that is heat resistant, like some silicone. It feels rubbery but there's no mention of its nature on the cardboard covers. Picture shows iron can be held down hot or cold but I don't see a photo of iron resting on these rubbery pieces, only on the metal part.I may be returning this because all 4 of anti skid plastic leg plugs are broken. I will contact them to see if they'll send replacements, but the replacements themselves may be defective. Plug plastic is too hard to stretch over the metal tubing. If they don't replace in time to return if necessary, will come back to lower the rating. If service good, will come back for higher rating.7-7-16: Been about 2 weeks since sending email for replacement feet plugs. It did reply to ask for my address but no news since then. Even though I still have time for return, I am returning now because I have no idea if the company sent the feet and return window is closing and I am not risking last minute trip to the UPS. Delete one star for the service.7-8: The feet arrived today. USPS from CT to NJ in 2 weeks. The new ones are bigger and improved, but not perfect. The feet has an angle that is supposed to lie flat on the floor. These have the angle away from the floor and the feet lie on the floor on their edge. Looks like design oversight. Feels like they're selling their mistakes in Amazon. But willing to tolerate it this time. Back to 4 stars.
