Three By Three Seattle Dry Erase Magnet Board, 4 x 11 Inches, Spring Green, 1 Pack (33007)

These little dry erase magnet boards are great - the right size and stylish in design. However, I made the "mistake" of using the "dry erase" marker that came with the board. I then spent the better part of 25 minutes trying to erase what I had written. Not only did the marker not write fluidly, but then the markings that I made refused to budge. Here is a list of things I used to try to get the writing to erase completely: the eraser included on the marker cap, the eraser on the cap of another, unrelated dry erase marker, a wet paper towel, household cleaner, a clorox wipe, mr. clean magic eraser, elbow grease . . . FINALLY (and just before I wore a hole in the board), I made an odd discovery, if I scribbled on top of the stubborn markings with a reputable dry erase marker and then erased it with a reputable dry erase marker eraser, it slowly, but surely removed the offending markes. SO, in conclusion, I like these boards and would even recommend them - but I do NOT recommend using the marker that is included . . . unless you think what I have described above sounds fun.

I'm obsessed with lists, but have a difficult time remembering things. My desk at work is covered in post-its and now this habit has spilled over into my home life and onto my fridge. I wanted something that I could just throw quick notes on, but wasn't to cheesy looking. I love this size, color and simplicity of the board (I used a ruler BEFORE I made the purchase so I'd know exactly what I was in for). My ONLY complaint is that IT DID NOT ARRIVE WITH THE MAGNETIC DRY ERASE MARKER!!!! I'm assuming that it's supposed to come with...but I suppose I could be wrong. Currently trying to figure who to contact to get this issue clarified and resolved.

I'm not sure what I expected here but, just check and see how small 4" by 11" is, you'll be surprised. As to the rare earth magnets, i'm sure they will hold 6 sheets of paper but as an A4 sheet is bigger by far than the board I don't see the benefit. I waited nearly 2 months for this to arrive, when it did, a gasp of "Is that it!" was met with derision by my wife. Size really does count!

Very pretty and perfect size BUT 1)- Marker was dead and dry on delivery which other reviews state 2) tape was a joke as the weight of the product would not stick 3) Board does not wipe off easilyONE WOULD THINK THESE ARE EASY fixes -- ESPECIALLY the first 2 -- so why do we write reviews that NOBODY PAYS ATTENTION TO!!!

My friends are all asking where I got this from, everyone loves the fun color and the practical nature of leaving notes in useful places

Cleans well and is just the right size.
