About 6 inches long by about 3/8 inches at it's widest by perhaps 1/4 inch at it's narrow point. Don't have the stone with me at this time but this stone is quite a bit longer than the others that I have by Spyderco. Not sure if this helps. Not a stone I use often.

Spyderco just defines their files as FINE GRIT only. They give no other measurement.
