Tiles were ALL perfect. The packaging was more than enough it was the first time I ordered tiles and didn't lose at least 1 in shipment...plus they got here quickly!

Nice tile but the carriers destroy it.
This tile matches what I already have and in a remodel I needed 6 more boxes. The tile and the seller seem to be good quality, the way it's boxed for shipment included only a small piece of styrofoam on two sides and, being the weakest areas, UPS and FEDEX destroyed 4 boxes. Seller sent more boxes and they too had 1/2 destroyed by carrier. Seller again made it right and on the third attempt and picking through the destroyed boxes I have enough tile to proceed. It's nice tile.

2nd box of tiles arived late and 60% were broken?
Did not get the tile on time and when they arived they were broken and of no use to us.

Ordered two cases of 44 tiles in each. One case came with 44 tiles and only 25 of them were not broken...second case came with 1 tile in it, so I was missing 43 tiles??
