I don’t know; I use them with my Keto Mojo.

Q: Do these work with Freestyle Lite?

Yes, thes fit into the Freestyle Lite lancet device. However, I was not able to draw blood on the #1 setting. The #2 setting was ok, but you may need to go as far as #3 setting.
