All tools ( pump and pins) supplied to inflate to best comfort use.Originally when inflated had a couple kinks causing the shape to not be perfectly round. However upon adjusting and reducing the air pressure then allowing sone time ( a few weeks) the kink gave way and now esthetically the AppleRound core strengthening cushion is visita me pleasing. ( the ‘kink’ did not affect performance.)Very pleased with my purchase and the fact I can do my prescribed exercises after an auto accident at home.Would/ will purchase again as needed.Can take to office and use at desk—- especially good if one’s job requires lots of sitting.

I bought four of these to use in my classroom as wiggle seats and I'm pretty happy with them so far! They come partially inflated so I saved time pumping them up! The pumps even have an extra needle with them. I went ahead and inflated each stability cushion to four different levels to test out on chairs and did some standing exercises on them. The quality seems pretty good so far! I will definitely update this review if they do not live up to my expectations, but with the quality of these I really don't expect that to happen.I also bought 4 black seats of another brand because eventually I plan to get a class set, hopefully through a grant next time around. So far I prefer this brand due to the thickness of the material, which is a bonus because this was the cheaper brand! I don't know much about stability cushions, but when this one is inflated a lot, it still remains flattened on the surface. My other brand bubbled up to become closer to a sphere. I don't know which is preferred in the exercise world, but for my purpose I prefer the flatter shape with the thicker material (this brand).The only thing that wasn't perfect in this order was the color. I ordered black, but all four are definitely more of a charcoal gray. I don't mind at all since I'm just using them in my classroom, but I thought I would mention it.

I don’t know what is the use of this equipment for workout but I use it for feet support and stimulate nerves on my feet while sitting down. Is comfortable and I enjoy the sensations on my feet

I tried to do a little research on these and this one is fine for what it is. I received the pump and cushion, as stated, and both were in excellent, easy to use condition. My problem is that there's no guidance as to how much air you should put into it. Also, we've had it for a couple weeks and I was hoping that my 3 year old would sit on it and that it would help him focus better. He has absolutely no interest in it and will not sit on it. I might let a little air out and see if that helps any.

I should have measured the width of my husband's derriere and ordered a wider disc for him. He sometimes looks like he's going to tip over. The width is great for my 9-yr-old, though.
