EXCELLENT product! Does the job year after year.
I work in telecom and need an opitcal power meter that is compact, easy to use, and versatile. This ODM meter does it all! For optical power meter readings, it does multiple frequency bands including 850, 1310, 1490, and 1550. I've used mine for over 5 years now and only had to replace the battery once, thanks to the auto off feature. I've also found the sensitivity to be excellent and it's power meter readings are identical to comparable meters or even electronic software estimated optical receive levels. Worth the money for the professional communications / fiber technician.
