If you like unique mustards give this Tarragon mustard a chance
About 10 years ago I came across a Tarragon mustard produced in Oregon. It quickly became my favorite. In 2017 or so, the company, which I will not name, stopped producing it. I did search for the next few years until I finally came across French Gourmet Mustard (Tarragon) from Clovis France. The taste I have been missing. I think I am on my 5th bottle since mid 2020. Try it.... great on sandwiches and excellent on salmon.

Amazon page missing ingredient list
I was disappointed to find a preservative on the ingredients list once I received the mustard. Ingredients list for anyone interested: water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite.It tasted fine, good consistency. I'm just trying to avoid additives and preservatives, which aren't necessary for something like mustard.
