Exactly what I was looking for. Most sourdough tools have handles or hand grips that are too large for my hands making them difficult to work with. These are sturdy enough to do the job but with thinner grip areas making them easy to maneuver and the variety of sizes make them handy for other kitchen chores as well. The plastic is durable enough for the job without unnecessary bulk, easy to clean, easy to store.

My go-to for when I’m decorating my cakes! So easy to use and I get my sharp edges! The cleaning is easier than using my stainless steel ones. I also reach back for these. Absolutely love that there’s 3 different sizes and I can choose based on what I’m using it for. I have small hands, so these are so much easier to hold and lighter than the stainless steel scraper. Such a great price for 3!

Works fine for cake decorations

I use these to not only cut dough, but also to slide down the sides of my Pullman pans to release loaves of bread. They're strong, not the least bit flimsy. Cut dough beautifully, scrape up things off your cutting boards .... These are a really good option when you don't want to use metal on something. They clean easily and store nicely. I will be purchasing more of these. I recommend these scrapers.

I wish one of these was a bit more flexible for bowl scraping but for cutting board scraping and transporting fresh cut food from board to bowl they work great. For mixing/partitioning food proportions, they work as well but, use a metal one for that purpose, they work better.. No complaints, worth the purchase

Use these all the time, no need to spend a fortune for a name brand when these work just as well for a fraction of the cost. No kitchen should be without them; you would be surprised how often you will use them.
