This is a workhorse. Perfect for draining pasta. Use it a lot.

The colander is just what I was looking for to replace one that I had for about 20 years that my mom purchased for me from Italy. The quality is great as it’s very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time.

More sturdy than I had anticipated. Perfect for Mac and cheese noodles with small holes and perfect size for either one or two boxes as our children are Mac and cheese hounds. Not to big that it fills the dishwasher or too small that we can’t use for a variety of things. Handle also more sturdy and sound than I was thinking it would be by reading other reviews. Very strongly recommend.

Terrible , handle broke off the first time I used it , thank goodness I didn’t have anything hot in it , or I might have gotten burned, an it only half full, a waste of money

Be aware of the dimensions of this colander before purchase! Item is described as having a "Long Handle": but "Long" is relative! Per the item's description, 12" with handle minus 8.5" without handle equals 3.5" handle. I personally don't consider 3.5" to be "long" -- I mean, it's long enough to hold, but another inch or two would have made the design feel much better in my opinion. It doesn't seem to me to have any bearing on the functionality, but the description for this item says "wide hole colander comes in both a square and circular design." I've looked and looked but cannot find any circular straining holes in this colander. All the holes are either square (about 2mm x 2mm) or rectangular (about 4mm x 3mm). Functionally, not a problem for me though, but worth noting. My only and biggest complaint is contrary to the item's claim "SIT’S SECURELY ON YOUR POTS." Aside from the grammatical error [sit's?], this item would only sit securely on an 8" pot. Anything larger, which I use all the time for pasta, and the colander always slips off the non-handle and and falls into the pot. Otherwise, I'm fairly satisfied with this item.

We had been using an ancient metal colander. This one is much better, lighter and having a handle is great. Great value.

I replaced my strainer with this one because I melted 15 year old strainer accidentally on my stove top. So far I think this strainer is made from great plastic and is not showing any signs of weakness. I really like it and hope it lasts as long as my old one.

Small enough to store easily!

The handle is very small, but otherwise a good colander.

We had a stainless mesh strainer before. Got these because they wouldn’t rust. Use them all the time because they’re great.
