These are excellent, from a great company. The positives: easy to assemble, all the parts there, sturdy, will fit all bottles, looks attractive while being highly functional, can be stacked (2 sets of these 72 and then a 24 on each from a 48 set), without recourse to engineering, glue or relying on hope.No negatives at all. Attempts with other racks showed that the other ones wobble, are frequently missing parts, are impossible to assemble, and won't fit Pinot Noir, Burgundy, and some Sauvignon Blanc bottles, unless you top and tail them, and advertise more than they deliver in bottle storage.Every customer service person I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful, as was Vince (the owner).

Excellent wine storage, used two of these to turn my walk in closet into my wine cellar. Compact, no wasted space, just what is needed for my apartment where space savers are required.
